The workplace continues to evolve alongside the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI). Tasks that were once handled manually are increasingly being supported by AI, from gathering information and processing data to addressing various work-related needs.
AI utilization was one of the key topics covered in the AI LLM & Prompting Fundamental Training, attended by Telkomsel employees on August 13, 2026, at the Telkomsel Smart Office in Jakarta. The training was part of the Fundamental Training series by Kodinggo by Ocean in collaboration with Telkomsel.
Participants from Telkomsel’s MBO (Management/Business Operations), Transaction, Ecosystem, and Engagement divisions explored Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompting.
Trainer Vincent Kho explained that AI can help accelerate various workflows in the workplace. “AI is important because it can help speed things up. Across workflows, it can make things 100 times, even 1.000 times faster,” said Vincent.
In addition to learning about AI tools, participants also explored the importance of prompting when interacting with AI.
According to Vincent, prompts play an important role because AI tools work based on the instructions provided by users.“If our prompts are good, then the tools will perform well too,” Vincent added.
Throughout the session, participants learned the fundamentals of using LLMs and prompting, including how to structure instructions to generate responses that align with specific needs.
The session was part of the broader AI learning series designed to introduce participants to practical ways of using AI technology to support various workplace needs.
