Jakarta, August 14, 2026 – The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at work is becoming more common. However, many employees still use AI mainly for basic tasks, such as finding information, writing, or helping with daily work.
This is also the experience of several Telkomsel employees who joined the AI LLM & Prompting Fundamental Training with Kodinggo by Ocean at Telkomsel Smart Office, Gatot Subroto, Jakarta.
One of the participants, Tasya, said she had already used AI before joining the training. However, she realized that there was still much more she could do with it.
“We already know AI, but so far, we haven’t really used it to its full potential,” said Tasya.
One of the benefits Tasya gained from the training was learning how to write better prompts. She learned that better prompts can help AI provide more relevant results.
Tasya also had the opportunity to explore how AI can be used to create websites.
“There are so many things we can explore,” she said.
A similar experience was shared by Aza, another Telkomsel employee who joined the training. He said he had already been using AI in his daily work, but mainly for basic tasks.
“After these two days, I learned that AI can be used for much more. We can create more detailed prompts and get better results,” said Aza.
He added that the knowledge from the training could be applied to support his daily work.
The next Kodinggo by Ocean training session will take place on August 20–21, 2026, with the topic AI for Automation Testing. The session will cover Modern QA Practices and Test Automation with Playwright & Cypress.
